Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is Ceremony of Roses Acquisition, LLC, 25 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10010, USA (the “Promoter”).
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and member states of the European Union who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
To enter, scan the official QR code and submit your email address via the designated online entry form during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, or automated entries will be disqualified.
No purchase is required to enter or win.
Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on the date the QR code is first made available and ends on May 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM CET (the “Entry Period”).
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days following the end of the Entry Period. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to confirm eligibility and provide a valid delivery address. Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prize
One (1) signed ROSALÍA LUX Vinyl. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): €59,99.
The prize is non‑transferable and may not be exchanged, assigned, or redeemed for cash. No substitution will be made except at the sole discretion of the Promoter, where permitted by law. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
Shipping
The prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner to an address within the United Kingdom or European Union only. The Promoter is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or customs‑related issues beyond its reasonable control.

Contest Administration
By entering the Giveaway, entrants provide their email address for the legitimate purpose of administering the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, selecting a winner, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize.
