WHEN WILL I GET MY PRESALE ACCESS CODE?
If you purchased an album, or registered via the form, you will receive an email on Monday, 8th December 2025, containing your presale code, a link to the presale and details of the show.
Presale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket presale before general release. Please note, due to high demand tickets are extremely limited.
HOW DOES THE CODE WORK?
Each code is only valid for the upcoming Rosalía show at the O2, London in 2026.
Please keep the email containing your presale link and passcode, ready for the presale.
One code is issued per customer.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODE?
Simply follow the link provided in your email, which will take you to a designated presale page.
Please ensure you are entering your passcode into the appropriate box.
I'VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CODE YET, WHY?
You should receive your code on Monday, 8th December 2025, please check both your inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email.

The code, along with all the details will be sent to the email address that you used when making your album purchase.
I'VE ENTERED MY PRE-SALE CODE – BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Presales don’t guarantee you to tickets, but they do give you the chance to book tickets earlier, with fewer people trying to book at the same time. If you are trying to find tickets and the result are "currently not available", that means the presale allocation has sold out.

In order to qualify for the ticket presale you need to pre-order* directly from the Official Music Store.
